Beatriz Vilchez Silva is the Founder and CEO of Agence La Colmena. She has 20 years of International experience, 4 working languages and 3 anchorage points (Paris, Brussels, Madrid). She has learned to travel light, to distinguish the essential from the incidental, and to appreciate the value of dialogue and intelligences in plural. Building on this background, she launched La Colmena, a Strategy and Communication agency. Her motivation is to identify the organizations and brands that can occupy their markets as well as in the minds of their audiences. This is done through working strategy with a bird’s eye perspective and investing in collective intelligence. This allows her to embrace a maximum number of dimensions and to capture details as well as on-going and incipient transformations. Beatriz’s goal is to shed light and bring deep and unhurried understanding, in direct opposition to the frantic pace and intellectual zapping of our time. She seeks to identify the best opportunities for her clients and build the paths that will help achieve such opportunities through effectiveness and differentiation.
