Dr. Celeste Coruzzi is Co-Founder and Partner of Veritas Partners LLC and Adjunct Full Professor of Psychology at Teachers College, Columbia University. Dr. Coruzzi was a partner at Mercer Delta, and prior to that, she was a partner at PricewaterhouseCoopers, leading the East Region Retail/Products Organization Change practice. She speaks about leadership development and organization change at various professional associations, such as ASTD, ODN and Columbia University podcasts. Dr. Coruzzi is an editor of the OD Practitioner and was a contributing author in a book entitled "Organizational Surveys, Tools for Assessment and Change," Allen I. Kraut, Editor. Dr. Coruzzi has contributed chapters to various edited books on the subject of organizational change and leadership.
