Carla Hernandez has several years of experience in her current field. She is a Quality Manager for BekaertDeslee. She has been with this textile firm for the last 3 years. She is responsible for responding to customer complaints.
She is also in charge of the lab for raw materials. She visits customers with textile reports. She has two quality control engineers who report to her. She also conducts meetings, answers emails, and skypes with clients. She has a Master’s degree in Quality Systems from ICESM Monterey Technical Institute from 2002.
In the next few years she would like to own her own business. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
