Carla Harding is a qualified Chartered Accountant from South Africa currently serving as Chief Financial Officer at Tradestream where she brings invaluable expertise in trade funding, accounting and strategic leadership. In this role, Ms. Harding oversees import and export regulation in South Africa as well as managing international funding for her clients and the entire financial aspect of the company.
After completing her degree in Accounting at the University of Witwatersrand, Ms. Harding spent 8 years in Financial Services, including 3 years as co-head of Investec Prime Broking, a specialist area of the stockbroking division of the bank. She then joined Tradestream, a supply chain solutions provider where she spearheads the full financial side of the business including international trade financing arrangements offered to key clients. She is a member of the South African Institute of Charter Accountants.
Moving forward, Ms. Harding hopes to obtain her charter certification and plans to network with likeminded female professionals as much as possible. When not engaged with work, she enjoys going to the gym and traveling with her husband on his holidays.
