For the past 5 years, Carlota Roset has been Business Unit Director for Torres Winery. She oversees operations across all five restaurants, and ensures a standard of excellence and the utmost in customer experience.
Previously a managing director, Carlota thought it would be fun to branch in a new direction. She loves setting up new businesses, and is highly skilled in management and marketing. She credits her success to perseverance, passion, having the right attitude, and common sense.
Carlota holds a master’s degree in Management from EADA University, and earned her bachelor’s degree in Makreting and Business Management. She lectures publicly on topics of innovation, and hopes to eventually move on and transition nto another industry in another managerial position.
