Carmen Rosario is currently the General Account and Planning Director at Capital DBG Asociada a Havas Worldwide. She is responsible for the overall planning strategy of the company and leads a team of 150 people. Carmen has over 15 years experience in marketing and advertisement. Carmen received her Masters degree in Marketing Management from the University of Apec in the Dominican Republic. She is fluent in Spanish and English. She actively works on increasing awareness and expanding peoples interest in the field of marketing and advertisement in the Domincan Republic. It is an industry that she feels can have great growth and potential. Her aim is to generate student interest at the University level to pursue careers in advertising and marketing. In her spare time, she manages an online blog where she motivates and encourages women to set goals for themselves as well as pursue their passions, dreams and desires. Carmen attributes her success to her commitment and passion for her profession.
