Carole Dao has several years of experience in her current field. She has spent the last 9 years in the International Development Center of Daymon Worldwide, her last role being Senior HR Manager. She is leading the HR team for the International region. She oversees all HR aspects for employees based in Portugal, Netherlands, Romania, Poland, Russia, South Africa, Philippines, Czech Republic, France and Dubai (recruitment, hiring, onboarding, training, performance management, payroll, etc.).
She holds two Master’s degrees, one is in General Management from 2012 and one is in International Management (CEMS-MIM) from 2013. She has been awarded HRCI Certification in Global Professional Human Resources (GPHR) in 2016. In her free time she enjoys traveling and playing the piano. She also volunteers, holding the role of HR Manager for the NGC CEMS Association.
She would like to move to an HR Director responsible for multiple regions. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
