Carole Hoover is a dedicated construction professional with 13 years of experience in the industry, starting in Detroit, now in Florida. She is part of the very small minority of construction industry women-owned businesses, and has been President/Owner of Atlantic Coast Painting for the past year. Her key responsibilities include everything, from HR, accounting and overseeing labor. Her crew is made up of between 5-10 (sometimes seasonal) male employees. Carole's reputation, integrity and growth are all extremely important to her, as she is a licensed and insured painting contractor. Her area of expertise is marketing, sales, and customer relations. Many of her clients are women who tend to feel more comfortable and confident with Carole overseeing their projects. She became a licensed painting contractor in 2006, and enjoys working with color, and meeting her customers. Going forward, she wants to expand to the point of doing 5-10M annually, and is considering branching out to the northern and southern counties in her area. In addition, Carole wants to expand into medical coating equipment for medical facilities and hospitals. She wants to connect with other women leaders, bridging business opportunities with more businesswomen and attending conferences, as well. When she's not working, Carole is a leader in the women's ministry at her large church and enjoys feeding everybody at their events. She also supports hospice programs through them, as well as The Bervard Rescue Mission for battered women and His Place for homeless men.
