Caroline Buer is the Head of Customer Satisfaction at BMW. She works in the custom service industry and high end BMW industry with ambitions to move up into upper management level.
She is a woman working in men’s dominate environment. She is also a woman working in an industry which is undergoing the biggest transformational change in those times.
Caroline has a Master’s in Business Administration from the University of Maastricht in 2005. She has been working in the UK and is assisting with a roll out of an international program in 94 countries. Caroline also has a professional sports career. She hopes to enlarge the network for exchange on various area.
In the future Caroline plans to continue to grow and develop in her career field. She attributes her success to hard work and dedication. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
