Carolyn Stephas is the Program Manager and a Consultant at Cognizant. She has been in her career field for over 15 years. Her role is to support care advance and care management, help keeps reporting and compliance about the health care of members and help with software product development and implementation. Carolyn was originally going to be a system developer, however, her skill set and ability to lead teams landed her in a role as a project manager.
Carolyn’s expertise are in implementation. She has an Executive Master’s Degree from CSU in 2018. Carolyn is a member of PMI. She currently does not do any public speaking or lecturing. She says that the keys to her success have come from her education and tenacity.
In the next few years Carolyn would like to progress globally and make her job more internationally focused. Her career highlight was working a project where she was the only American as well as the only female. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
