Catalina Alvarado has over two decades of experience in her career, and has been with Vitec Production Solutions, where she serves as Human Resources Manager, for the past 13 years. She oversees all actions across the HR department, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, conflict mediation, organizational design, and coaching managers.
Having always considered employees to be the determination of success Catalina is driven to help people perform in a comfortable work environment. She holds a Master of Arts in Work Psychology from the University of Costa Rica, class of 2014.
Looking ahead, Catalina hopes to move into a more senior role at the company. She credits her success to being intelligent, kind, sensible and approachable. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other likeminded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
