Caterina Malerba, Project Manager at Metropolitan Maintenance, is a sales and marketing professional with over 15 years’ experience. She is a proven leader who consistently meets and surpasses her goals. Whether it is Account or Project Management, soliciting new prospects, implementing a cross-platform CRM system that best serves client needs, or organizing multi-level events, she is able to multi-task and problem-solve quickly and efficiently. Her professional experience and entrepreneurial spirit equip her with the tools required to succeed.
Caterina received her Bachelor’s degree in Administrative & Commercial Studies, Finance & Marketing Stream from Western University in 2002. She is an original member of Children's Leaders, a division of the Children’s Health Foundation, where she participates in quarterly meetings to address hospital departments, and determine high priority needs. She also hosts meetings with current and prospective donors to raise funds for the local children’s hospital.
In her spare time, Caterina enjoys spending time with her husband, son Luca and daughter Mila. She is also training to run her first 10K race, with a 2016 goal is to compete in all 11 local city races. Her ultimate goal is to complete her first marathon in four years.
