VISI - Independent Partner - Visi is a 7 1/2 year old whole body wellness company. The timing, executive leadership, products, and compensation plan are amazing. NASM Certified Personal Trainer and Certified Nutrition Coach. My focus is women over 40. I additional have certificates in Womens Fitness Specialist and Nutrition Fitness Specialist. Daughter of the American Revolution (DAR)-member Fort Frederica. I have been a Girls on the Run Coach and Board Member and a Girl Scout Leader and Service Unit Member.
I enjoy researching my family genealogy. If you don't know where you come from, its hard to know where you are going. I think physical fitness is important so I run, walk, cycle and on occasion swim.
I have been married for 25 years and have two beautiful children who are currently in college.
I have conducted a full spectrum of investigations within the NCIS enterprise; criminal investigations, counterterrorism, counterintelligence and force protection and contract fraud for approximately 29 years. I have testified as an expert in origin and cause in 1992. I conducted recovery of remains from the USS Cole in 2000. I have published twice and represented the NCIS on Prime Time television news show, CBS the Real NCIS series. I spent a year on Capitol Hill as a Fellow. I retired September 2018. I am now full time with Visi and personal training.
More than 25 years
Cathy Clements is a retired Special Agent with the NCIS. She retired from the Division Chief, NCIS Training Academy where she oversaw all areas of training; professional staff and special agents. Cathy is interested in connecting with women who are self employed, in supervisory positions, and who have changed careers; she wants to learn from them, lift them up through challenging times and support and cheer them through the positive times. Having grown up in a military and law enforcement family, Cathy had a natural inclination to this type of work and naturally progressed throughout her career. She feels her ability to learn from people at all levels plays a big part in her success, as well as her flexibility. While Cathy is a busy professional woman, she still makes time for being involved with the Girls on the Run, Girl Scouts, Boy Scouts and PTSA. She supports the American Cancer Society Relay for Life, her local Second Harvest food bank and the American Red Cross. She is currently building her business of wellness products, teams and personal training.
