Cathy Pelletier is a Rehabilitation Manager for Charlestown Community, Inc. She is a highly motivated and results-oriented Rehabilitation Manager with more than 30+ years of comprehensive experience spearheading complex and effective projects and initiatives at healthcare organizations, including hospitals, clinics, and private practice. Cathy possess a combination of project management and team leadership skills, in addition to advanced clinical insights with a keen speech-language focus. She is a superb Writer and Speaker with excellent editing, publishing and teaching skills to adapt content for individuals with little to advanced clinical knowledge, including the media. She possess skills to advise legal firms regarding nursing home claims concerning swallowing treatment. She has demonstrated an ability to catalyze lucrative results while complying with budget, time and regulatory constraints. As Rehabilitation Manager she is responsible for the management of all rehabilitation clinics on campus, a continuing care retirement community with over 2000 residents. She serves as Administrator/Rehabilitation Manager of free standing Outpatient Rehabilitation Agency, in addition to Satellite Outpatient Agency located within Assisted Living facility. She is also responsible for Short Term Rehab/Long Term Care rehabilitation clinic.
