With over three decades of experience in her field, Catia Porto is the Vice President of Human Resources for UnitedHealth Group where she spearheads a team of 700 people and reports directly to the CEO in Brazil. Extremely goal oriented, Catia is a dynamic leader who truly hopes to make a difference through her work.
After receiving her Master's degree in Psychology with a minor in Business from Brazil University in 1995, Catia went on to enjoy rapid success in her field. Passionate about inclusiveness and diversity in the workplace, she is a member of a general diversity group in Brazil and frequently does public speaking engagements on these topics. She was also published online in 2015, having written an article on ethics. Catia was the first Latin American woman to be accepted into a corporation in Finland.
When not engaged with work, Catia enjoys sports, music, and travel.
