Catina Braxton, the youngest ever Director of IT at Novartis, is an IT and program/project management professional of nearly 20 years. She has extensive experience implementing SAP ECC, SAP SRM and OpenText Accounts Payable for SAP and SAP Business Warehouse within the pharmaceutical, publishing, and consumer products industries on a global level. She is a member of PMP, CIO, and Black MBA Association.
Catina completed the Business Awareness Program of Implementing Strategy at Novartis at Babson University. She has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree in Management Information Systems from Howard University and received IT Excellence from the International Institute for Management Development Business Programs. In being an information services professional, Catina enjoys mentoring emerging female professionals in the field and looks forward to networking with more female professionals. In her spare time, she enjoys traveling, bikram yoga, mediation, skiing and volunteering with Random Acts of Kindness and the Salvation Army.
