Catherine Raymond has over 5 years of experience in her current field. She is an HR Consultant for McDonald’s Restaurants of Canada. She supports entrepreneurs of McDonald on their day to day business managing people, they apply all the best practices that they may or may not know about, programs she deploys at a national level, same as her regional area.
A lot of project management that she may lead in regards to recruiting, like national hiring day in Canada for MacDonald, she lead it and provided a tool for each franchise to hire thousands of people - 2018, a lot of emailing and phone calling to make sure things are correct, day to day support in all aspects, a lot of coaching within the company. She loves to make a difference, dealing with the owner operators directly she can have the relationship to help them, likes to maintain relationships with people, "quality of work defined by quality of relationships."
She has a Master’s degree in Human Resources and Organizational Development from a university in Montreal from 2020. She is part of the Professional Order of HR’s and CHRP.
