I am a Senior professional, with more than 20 years of experience working in multilateral, intergovernmental, and non-profit organisations in the fields of international development, peace and security, with strong sectoral expertise in civil society development, education and training, human rights and peacebuilding. Stakeholder engagement and project management specialist, who has led, coordinated and supervised multicultural teams of 10+ people with budgeting responsibilities for Euro 320.000. Designed and facilitated capacity development and training activities for more than 2.000 individuals in over nine countries. Conducted and applied monitoring and evaluation work using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methodologies on outcomes and results of 25 +conflict resolution, education and women and youth empowerment projects and programs. Fluent in English, Portuguese, Hungarian and Romanian.

Dr. Cecilia Deme is the founder of EvolvED Minds Consulting, with the mission of providing international development consulting services related to education, training, monitoring and evaluation and organizational development. She is passionate about mentoring and coaching international development and humanitarian professionals in finding their purpose and leveraging social impact. Having recently relocated to Manaus, Brazil, she is highly skilled in leadership development of women and youth, combined with environmental sustainability.
Cecilia holds a doctorate in Public Administration focused on Social Policies, which she earned in Romania. She has over two decades of experience in her field and looking ahead hopes to increase her activities, partnership, and cooperation in achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and gaining the recognition and credibility of being a resourceful, inspirational and active member.
