Cecilia Zelaya is now general manager of Yanbal Bolivia a role she has held for over a year. As VP, she is responsible for legal issues and oversees the company members' commercial strategies. She reports directly to the president, and checks commercial reports, assessing strategies and approving all decisions.
Having been with the company for 20 years, she was initially attracted to the firm because she believed in the company's mission and culture. She holds a bachelor's degree in Education from the Institute of National Education, class of 1984. In addition to the WAoFP she is a member of the World Federation of Direct Selling, Women Leadership of Bolivia, Executive Forum, and Vice President of the Direct Selling Association of Bolivia.
