Celia Dutra is the Head of HR for Cemavi Consultoria. She started the company one year ago. She was was an HR VP for more than ten years, and then left to start her own company. She has been in the market for 40 years and thought it was time to use her knowledge to go to the other side to help smaller companies.
Celia has spoken at conferences and seminars to other companies. She has been interviewed for various HR professional magazines. Celia says that her career highlight was when her company implemented a very successful succession planning in the previous company.
In the next few years Celia plans to continue to work as a consultant and become a member of various boards in Brazil. The keys to her success are hard work and dedication. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
