Claudia Gummer is currently the Group Human Resource Development Director for SPIE. She is an international HR Professional with over 30 years expertise in HR, Talent Management, Communications, and Change Management. She has been with SPIE for 18 months. Claudia has worked in the IT and Energy power sectors in Human Resources and Internal Communications in international companies. She is a well seasoned facilitator and coach for management teams in international, multi-cultural and transformational contexts Claudia is multilingual and truly european being of German descent, growing up in the UK and living in France for nearly 30 years. She completed her Bachelors degree in European Business Studies with languages at Swansea University and continued with a Masters Degree in Human Resources from The Sorbonne University in Paris. She is also qualified for MBTI. She enjoys being with her family, cooking, gardening, cycling and music. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
