She finds great reward working with her sales team of women in their 20’s and 30’s, being a role model and helping emerging professional advance in their careers. Her goal is to continue figuring out what she enjoys and to keep learning. Before Charmaine received her Bachelor’s degree in Management from the University of Lethbridge, she earned a Business Administration Diploma in Marketing and a Diploma in Arts & Science from Mount Royal University. She is highly skilled in event management, event planning, sales, hospitality, leadership, marketing strategy, customer service, new business development, brand management, negotiation, and financial reporting.
