I’m Chelsey Ruckdaschel, and I’ve been a creative since I was a little girl. From crafting beautiful events for my family and friends to becoming a professional event planner, creativity has always been at the center of what I do. As my passion and love for graphic design unfolded, I switched gears and attended The Art Institute of Las Vegas where I earned a bachelor’s degree in graphic design.
During art school, I worked for the renowned Ann Trobough, owner of ShopAnnbelle’s: a luxury stationery design studio known for their unique and inspiring invitations. It was there that I fine-tuned my graphic design skills and gained valuable creative insight from one of the industry’s best.
Following school, I founded Double Eight Design Studio to reach individuals and small and large businesses with my design skills. Through this studio, I provide clients with personalized and creative products that accomplish their goals and objectives. Drawing from my background in event planning, I efficiently manage your project, meeting each milestone and deadline so your design is ready when you need it to be.
From designing custom business cards to business logo design to event flyers to wedding invitation suites to custom holiday cards and more, Double Eight Design Studio guarantees your satisfaction. I make sure that, no matter the creative project, your intended audience is doing a double take of my finished design and your final product.

Chelsey Ruckdaschel is a young business owner passionate about graphic design. Her company, Double Eight Design Studio, is a newly formed graphic design studio, located in Las Vegas, Nevada, specializing in print design, such as invitations, marketing material, branding and identity. She has worked with many different industries including schools, local charities, real estate agents, marketing firms and a major league athlete. Some of her clients include FM Marketing, Faith Lutheran Middle School and High School and The Shane Victorino Foundation.
Chelsey graduated from The University of Phoenix in Las Vegas with a Bachelors Degree in Business Management in 2010. She then went on to specialize in the field she was creatively passionate about and attained a Bachelors Degree in Graphic Design from The Art Institute of Las Vegas in 2014. Chelsey began her career as a freelance designer as Chelsey Elizabeth Designs before opening Double Eight Design Studio in 2014.
