Cheryl L. Jensen, Founder and Managing Partner at Strategic Consulting & Coaching LLC, is an award-winning management consulting professional with extensive business and leadership experience in diverse communities where she has led organizations, managed large projects, and developed high impact teams. Strategic Consulting and Coaching focuses on executive transitions, organizational development and executive coaching.
Cheryl has a Master’s Degree in Nonprofit Organizational Development and is a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. She specializes in leadership transitions and turnarounds, understanding that changes in top management can be difficult and often result in high anxiety for staff and boards. Cheryl volunteers with Hope for Youth and serves as Board Member of Wayside House, helping homeless woman obtain housing, services, and counseling. She is affiliated with Minnesota Coaching Association, International Coach Federation, Minnesota Council for Quality, Minnesota Council for Nonprofits, and the Minneapolis Chamber of Commerce.
