Dr. Christina Frye, PhD, MBA, is the Founder and President of Frye Consulting Group. She has owned the company for one year and has been in the industry for over twenty years. Her daily responsibilities include talking about curriculum and books, doing research on balancing work and life and she was published on Amazon and Engagementfinder.com. She also has meetings with clients and at universities.
She was prompted to go into this field because she wanted to help more people on a global scale and to be able to move freely and not be tied down to a job. Her expertise are in life balance strategy and life balance coaching. Dr. Frye has a PhD in Human Services Management from Capella University in 2017.
Dr. Frye is a member of Federal Improvement Team, Federally Employed Women, AGA and International Association of Women. She is the founder of two nonprofits and an Ambassador for Capella University. She formed a women's employee research group and served as its first president. Dr. Frye published a book on Amazon in March of 2018 and she is writing her second book next year.
She was recently awarded from OPM received the Directors Award as well as an award from health initiative for helping in the community. In the next few years she hopes to expand her business globally, have the engagement finder done, gain more business and contacts, focus on the non profit side of her business and bring more awareness about lupus. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
