Dr. Christiane Gern-Coprian is an esteemed academic of over a decade currently working as Associate Director for Kantar TNS where she brings unprecedented expertise in marketing research, qualitative solutions and analysis to her role.
Dr. Gern-Coprian holds her PhD from Hamburg University where she completed analysis and qualitative research on personal ads and reversing gender roles. She focused on finding solutions within complex social eco systems and worked with C-suite teams to achieve real gender balance by reframing the issues on leadership, culture and systems. A prolific writer and speaker, Dr. Gern-Coprian has lectured on leadership, 'gender bilingual' marketing and talent management, and career issues across the globe in addition to publishing many articles (most in German) in academia.
Moving forward, Dr. Gern-Coprian looks forward to finishing her thesis and would like to harness her entrepreneurial skill in founding a business venture of her own. When not engaged with work, she enjoys golf, yoga, dance and creative writing.
