Christine Felix is the Chef and Owner of Triangle Pub, and has over 30 years experience. Her restaurant specializes in local cuisine of the Island of St. Lucie and caters for events large and small. They are particularly known for bulk catering. She has always loved to cook, the business started as a small pub where she would make bbq on the side of the road. It naturally grew into a full fledged restaurant over the span of three decades. Her goal is to keep getting better, get more recognition, and be most well known for catering and doing big events. The key to her success has been consistency and having great food. She can always feed as many people as anyone brings to eat. If someone brings 500 she can handle it. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
