Major Milestones/ Achievements: Core Designs: -Fastest Deodorant Line in the world, by a slight turn in the canister orientation. 250-750 canisters a minute, which sparked a billion dollar deal with Dollar General. -Waste Water Treatment Facility Upgraded old process with new innovative technology, that allowed sludge removal to be safe, while water clearness for the city improved by 67%. -Ignitable Warehouse Facility. Plant was at a halt for incorrect planning and budgeting. Within 6 months, faculty was complete, with a savings of 1mm for unnecessary planning and lack of communication. -Designed all plant wide Agile spaces for a more open, friendly environment. - Carefully planned, coordinated, and executed a plant shut down, without disturbing a union contract. After many time studies, cost analysis, and plant reconfiguration, I volunteered a pitch to the senior corporate board on my proposal. I was then able to lock in my 5 year plan to transfer two deodorant lines across the US. With 60% of the planning, team creation, and task delegation done before project kick off, I was able to strategically turn 7 straight deodorant lines to form a “U” shape operation. As this opened up the floor space for the two additional lines, I was able to take a line from 6 operators to 3, thus proving we did not need a third party contact in the future.
