Cindy Colon has over 15 years of experience in her current field. She is the senior manager of manufacturing for Amgen. She is currently working on a program that optimizes the capacity for the demand in the pharmaceutical industry. She attends strategy meetings, makes sure the floor staff needs are addressed, and works on other administrative operations.
She has a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from 2002 and a Master’s in Industrial Engineering from 2009. She is part of the Amgen Women Interactive Network. Her passion is in working and helping develop people in their career.
In the next few years she wants to continue to grow in her professional management career. In her free time she enjoys traveling and running. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
