A professional of over 25 years, Cindy Morley is the Director of External Relations and Communications for Communities in Schools of Georgia where she brings unmatched expertise in communications, policy, outreach and public relations to her role. After receiving her Bachelor's degree in Communications from Georgie State University in 1983, Ms. Morley went on to earn great success in her field. She has been published in Time Magazine, InsiderAdvantage Magazine, James Magazine, and Freedom and Opportunity, as well as many newspapers. Frequently lauded publicly for her work, Ms. Morley was awarded the Georgia School Board Association's Beacon of Light Award and was named Top Journalist of the Year. She was also named Outstanding Citizen of Georgia in 2018. Moving forward, Ms. Morley plans to continue to expand her work in policy and communication. and to network as much as possible with like-minded female professionals. In her spare time, she enjoys writing, political consulting, and is an avid-golfer.
