Success Dimensions, founded by entrepreneur, Cindy Weingartner, was created to support successful professional women who are ready to challenge the corporate status quo and create their ideal career and lifestyle based on their VALUES, their GOALS and their VISION. Cindy has over 25 years experience in the corporate world and has worked for several Fortune 250 organizations in Sales, Sales Leadership and Talent Management. Having successfully climbed the corporate career ladder and achieving her corporate goals, Cindy realized that her career wasn’t fulfilling her values and her vision for the next chapter of her life. She embarked on a journey to discover the career and the lifestyle that would make her heart soar and support her values, goals and vision. This journey led her to leave her corporate career, go back to school to achieve her Professional Coaching Certification and start the next chapter of her life as a Career Empowerment Coach.
Combining the skills she developed as a sales leader at an international pharmaceutical organization and the training from the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching, Cindy is able to connect with successful professional women and help them achieve a career and a lifestyle that allows them to stop surviving and start thriving. Through her proven 3-step plan of Discover, Explore and Execute, women in their 30, 40s and 50s develop their emotional intelligence and take the steps necessary to achieve their ideal career and lifestyle.
In addition to her Career Empowerment Coaching, Cindy designs leadership development programs, manages leadership projects and facilitates leadership webinar and classroom events with Accelerated Leadership Group as a Senior Consultant.
