Claudia Kälin has over 15 years of experience in her current field. She founded C.M. Kälin GmbH in 1996 as a language school and further developed her skills to become a family councelor and a coach . She now works as a Relationship Coach and a Leadership Coach. She has a Master's degree in Psychology from IKP College in Switzerland. She is a member of Internations as well as the ALL Ladies League (ALL). She has found her true passion in life. She loves to support people in their personal development and transformation and in helping them grow into conscious leaders in their private and professional life. She also trusts that family values and benevolence are what people need to thrive in life. In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing and also wants to grow as a person each day. She is going to be a speaker at the WEF in Portugal in March 2019 on the subject of sustainability in relationships. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
