She has worked most of her career as HR Business Partner in the telco industry, where her responsibilities were oriented to align people strategy & HR solutions with the business strategy by understanding the business, market, and industry trends, providing insights for future talent needs to build technical and leadership capabilities. Until 2016 she was based in Stockholm, Sweden where she had the role of Business Unit Support Solutions’ Talent Management Head with an overall responsibility for defining the strategy and execution of the end to end Talent Management processes for the entire BU with more than 4,500 employees distributed in five main sites: US, India, Sweden, China, UK. As per April 2016, she is based in Mexico City, Mexico where she has continued the development of her career as HR Business Partner and Consultant.

Claudia is an energetic and passionate HR professional with more than 14 years of experiences in the telco industry. Her purpose in life is to empower people so they feel touched, moved, and inspired about their possibilities to grow businesses and develop as professionals. She has a Master’s degree in Marketing. In her free time, she enjoys traveling, reading, and doing yoga. She is currently working on a consultancy project in Miami. In the next few years she would like to gain more experience in her field. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
