Clema S. Lewis has over 37 years in her profession and is currently the Executive Director for The Women's Coalition of St. Croix. She has to make sure they are accountable and that her staff is comfortable, operations are running smoothly. The business runs 24 hours, 7 days a week so they are really busy. She has a degree in criminal justice and another degree in educational counseling. She has always been interested in working with families and people. She used to work in juvenile facilities, then moved to working closely with women and working on women and children's rights. It is extremely important to her to advocate for those who cannot advocate for themselves, which is mainly women and children. Clema is best noted for working with victims and definitely counseling and advocating.
