She is a driven leader with broad based human resource experience in organizational development, employee relations, recruitment, change management, compensation, and mergers and acquisitions, compliance.
Colette received her Masters of Arts in Education and Human Resource Development from George Washington University. She is a certified by SHRM, HRCI, and The Human Capital Institute and volunteers with Northern Virginia Family Services, and Cartitas. When not working she enjoys photography and travel.
