Comfort Dondo has over 15 years of experience in her career, and is currently a Doctoral Candidate at St. Mary's University of Minnesota. Dedicated to empowering women and helping victims of violence, she engages in strategic planning, sexual contracts, other consultancy work, and is hands-on in the community as a mentor and business mentor. She also oversees administration and has identified critical niches where conventional consulting has left a gap. She holds a master's degree in Public Affairs and Leadership from the University of Minnesota, and is a member of the Union Women Association, Civic Society, and Alpha Kappa Alpha. She is passionate about empowering and mentoring women, and does charitable work to help the people of Zimbabwe. She credits her success to having a vision, persistence, and being self-aware.
