Conswella Fowler has over 20 years of experience in her current field. She is a Mortgage Broker, Call A Friend Financial Services, LLC. In 2014 Conswella Fowler, a long time owner of her own successful beauty salon, started "Call A Friend" after becoming a mortgage broker 6 years ago.
"Call A Friend" brokers to lenders with products for borrowers with low or high scores with a specialty of brokering bank statement programs for the self employed with just one year instead of two year average needed for self employed. Helps average credit profile borrowers buy homes too! They consider all files worth their hard work and attention. She was a college athlete (basketball) who hurt her leg. She decided to complete a 2 year AA degree and then she worked a few years until she opened her own beauty salon. It was a natural progression for her. She has always been more entrepreneurial. She started the Mortgage Brokerage business after she nearly lost her home with a mortgage broker who did not understand "self employed" finances and therefore could not get her a needed loan. She did some research, submitted her own papers and got the loan. After that she decided to start "Call a Friend and particularly help the self employed.
In the next few years she would like to continue what she is currently doing. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
