With over a decade of professional experience, Cristhel J. Vargas is the Business Process Automation Operations Manager for Coca-Cola where she is responsible for the ongoing day-to-day operations for the full portfolio of process automation solutions supported globally by the Marketing and Digital Services team, which overall remit is to design, deliver, commercialize, and operate scalable capabilities that support The Coca-Cola Company’s continued delivery and innovation of digital content across digital channels worldwide. Prior to her current role, Ms. Vargas worked with other larger organizations such as IBM, Sykes and MSD where she enjoyed great success. With great passion and curiosity around continuous improvement, process reengineering, innovation and operational excellence, she has built a career of more than 15 years leading and enabling cross-functional teams and global projects. She received her Master’s degree in Business Administration from Esden Business School in 2018. In addition to her work as a business professional, Ms. Vargas is very interested in fashion consulting, particularly in assisting women in how they present themselves in the workplace. Moving forward, she would like to do more of this work, in addition to speaking in motivational spaces and conferences. When not engaged with work, Ms. Vargas enjoys exercising, cooking, dancing, reading and, most of all, spending time with her family.
