For the past 5 years she has been the Director of her own firm, the Cristina Mora Literary & Film Agency where she acts as a representative for authors advising them and helping them to get published. Cristina prides herself on her ability to understand the needs of her clients, and to gain their trust and respect. She has a very exact approach to her craft and is skilled in selecting the best publishers for each client. Additionally, she is a skilled and honest negotiator, who works with publishers throughout Spain on her clients behalf. In the future, she hopes remain Barcelona based but to grow her agency to a little larger. She would like to add a few more staff and a few more prominent authors. Throughout her career, her most proudest achievement has been her ability to raise the status and visibility of one specific client. While under her representation, his exposure has doubled or tripled to being seen in over 20 countries. She also takes pride in her involvement with the group Doctors without Borders, which she has participated in for the over 5 years.
