Crystal Mapes has two businesses in the beauty industry, Beauty and Beyond, doing fashion shows and participating in Fashion Week, and De'von Cosmetics, doing online sales, pop up shops, photoshoots for brands, make up, mentoring teens in the neighborhood, and partnering with local schools. After working for the government for 15 years, Crystal decided to explore her love for cosmetics and the beauty industry. Moving forward, Crystal plans to open her own boutique/spa salon. She credits her success thus far to continued hard work and dedication, as well as maintaining a solid work/life balance. In her spare time, Crystal enjoys reading, dancing and traveling.
