I am a wife and mother of 2, a daughter named Eva, 10 and son named Payton, 13. They are what motivates me to continue to never stop learning and growing in my career. I am determined to show them, anyone can achieve anything, as long as they believe in themselves and truly want it.

Candace J. Shaeffer has over 14 years of experience in her current field of enforcement of rules and regulations to ensure safety of the American public. She is an Aviation Safety Technician for the Federal Aviation Administration. She works with airlines and regulations. She was in the United States Air Force for 10 years.
She has a Bachelor's of Science in Criminal Justice, which was obtain from Pennsylvania State University in 2015. She also has a Master’s of Professional Studies in Human Resources and Employment Relations, Major in Employee Law, from Pennsylvania State University, as well, in 2017.
In the next few years she would like to hold a MBA and Real Estate and Broker license. In her free time she enjoys traveling and volunteers with school districts. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
