Cindy M. Shambaugh has over 19 years of experience in her current field. She works in drug development and oversees clinical research studies in the pharmaceutical industry. Cindy's experience includes Phase I to Phase IV drug studies as well as global device studies. Her experience includes project oversight and management of global cross functional teams including Project Directors at a global level and has spanned CNS indications including schizophrenia, MDD, ADHD, and Obsessive Compulsive Disorder. Much of the past 9 years, Cindy has spent working on studies ranging from several Phase I studies running concurrently with aggressive timelines to large Phase III global studies. She has also provided oversight to the implementation of electronic technologies including e-source and e-consent across large global studies. In addition, Cindy is serving in a strategic alliance as an operational expert for an important client.
