Charlotte Wittouck has been with Accenture for over 16 years working in 2 different tenures. Currently, she is in a new role as Chief of Staff of Transformation & Business Performance for the Middle East where she oversees the SAP as an analyst and consultant. When Charlotte began her career with Accenture in Brussels, her starting role was ERP and SAP implementation, digital integration and cross-functional lead. She has experience working with numerous consumer products including travel, chemical, and tobacco and has worked internationally in the Scandinavian, Pan American, United States, and German markets. Charlotte completed a Master's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Leuven in 1992. She then started with Accenture in Brussels before relocating to Sao Paolo, Brazil to complete an additional Master's Degree in Photography from The Pan American School of Art and Design, graduating in 2009. After graduating with her photography degree, she returned to Accenture as a Manager in Brussels and worked in Public Transportation and Fashion post mergers and program management for full integration and process procedures in the Benelux Region. Charlotte is multi-lingual, conversing fluently in Dutch, English, French, and Portuguese in various business environments. She is a working mother of 4 children and has relocated to The United Arab Emirates less than a month ago. She is not only a motivational leader, but resilient, resourceful, and cross-culturally successful.
