Cynthia A. Parady has been in her professional career for more than 11 years, in many different fields, but mostly hospitality. Currently, she is a Spa Director with the company Spa at the Bar Harbor Inn, where she oversees 16 employees, manages her staff and department, provides skin care, and writes menus, along with many other responsibilities as well.
Cynthia was prompted to get involved in this profession as her Grandma was hair dresser. She has a strong passion for what she does, and finds the most rewarding aspects of her profession to be seeing people and getting something done.
At this point in Cynthia's career, she is seeking to network with other like minded professionals, share experiences, gain more exposure, and continue to educate herself in areas with seminars and webinars. She bases her success on her supportive family, and the people who thought she couldn’t succeed because they have been a driving force.
