With over 23 years of experience in her field, Cynthia Primas is the President and CEO of the Institute for the Development of Education in the Arts, which is moving into a new performing arts center currently. Cynthia's average day includes meeting with developers and architects to get the process off the ground and spearheading a media organization that provides arts education to the community. Back in the 80s, Cynthia graduated school and was mentored by Portia Sperr who encouraged her to start a non profit as this has alway been her passion. Cynthia holds her Master's degree from Temple University in Organizational Development and is a member of the Governors Group for Non Profit Development. Also a prolific writer, she has published a book, "Working with Portia" as well as numerous articles. Moving forward, she has been invited to open up her performing arts center in several other cities and will continue to help kids become critical thinkers behind media. When not engaged with work, Cynthia enjoys travel, jazz, and volunteering at the Camden County Historical Society.
