As of 2013, Cynthia is Manager at Robert Walters where she is in charge of searching for new business, hiring, managing, training and developing teams. Within 20 months of being with the firm, she was responsible for increasing revenue three times. She enjoys helping individuals achieve their professional targets and find fulfillment in their work.
Cynthia has a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Presbyterian University Mackenzie and an MBA in Human Resources from the Getulio Vargas Foundation. She completed the Professional and Self Coaching program at Brazilian Institute of Coaching. Fluent in Portuguese and English, she led the start-up of a top management consultancy in Brazil and occupied senior positions leading important assignments in the IT, life sciences, fast moving consumer goods, industrial, CFO and legal practices industries throughout Brazil and Latin America. She attends various executive development programs focused on the executive search profession and is active in her local church.
