An innovate professional of nearly two decades, Cyntia Paez is the Founder and Director of a project called Diplomacia21, helping citizens prepare for the diplomat's exam. In this role, Ms. Paez trains her clients to apply for international status and to work their way up to becoming international diplomatic professionals. Also a prolific writer and journalist, Ms. Paez frequently reports on international affairs and international diplomacy.
Growing up, Ms. Paez's mother worked in the foreign ministry and felt that many people were not informed or educated
about the process involved in becoming a diplomat. This led Ms. Paez to a desire to forge her own way in the field, and she has since enjoyed great success.
Moving forward, she hopes to network internationally with likeminded female professionals, as she values interpersonal connections in the workplace and beyond.
