I have a son who is an architect (M.Arch), graduated from RMIT Melbourne, humbly creating 'environments that work'. He is focused on hard-core architecture and interior designing.
Started my career as a HR generalist, having dispensed my valuable skill-set to several organisations. I ended my corporate career as Head of HR with a renowned Bank in Dubai.
My focus had largely been soft-skill training, coaching, mentoring and Talent development but after giving up my job I realised that I needed to stay true to my purpose and mission on planet earth. Relationships are something I love – I love talking to people, interacting with them, hearing their stories, embracing their differences – relationships teach you a lot about life. As a coach I get to guide women and couples through their blind spots since I was once there myself. It is so gratifying to support those who are feeling hopeless. It’s rewarding when a client has that AHA moment. I feel honored when I become a witness to transformation in relationships.

Daman has 40+ years of rich experience in handling human resource, training & development, career coaching, soft skill and a long list of skill-set; which she dispensed at many organizations – one of the leading bank being her last full-time assignment to which she gave 25 years of excellence! In totality, she has imparted 40 years of her professional skills to UAE through array of work profiles handled. Her last job was with a bank as Head of HR focused on Talent Management and Learning & Development. Daman is an ICF Certified Coach and a Coach Transformation certified senior professional career coach. She is also a member of the Millionaire Coach Academy, India. Daman Philip is the CEO and Founder of The Life Experts an organisation focused towards supporting singles and couples transform toxic and deteriorating relationships into exhilarating and gratifying ones.. Her average day consists of meeting with clients, coaching and mentoring people who often reach out to her. She prides herself in helping others and hence decided to start her business based on her unfaltering passion and belief that every person has huge potential waiting, at times, to be manifested by a catalyst. She received her Master’s Degree in English Literature from the University of Pune. In the next few years Daman hopes to continue to grow professionally and expand her company. She attributes her success to passion and hard work. She is looking forward to networking and connecting with other like-minded professionals, and to gaining the recognition and credibility of being a member.
