I have over 20 years experience of international strategic brand management, gained with brand consulting, market research and advertising leaders across the globe. Multi-awarded strategist (Cannes Lions, Effie, Clio), I lived and worked in the UK, China, France, Singapore and Italy. I divide my time between the West and the East, where I founded Kitchen8 in 2011 in Singapore to build meaningful leading brands for the 21st century, working at the intersection of human insight, technology and business. My company has offices in London and Singapore and a global network of strategists. Prior to founding Kitchen8, I worked at Publicis Greater China, Leo Burnett Group London and Milan, Ipsos-ASI London, Icon Research & Consulting (now The Added Value Company) and Makno & Consulting. I hold a degree in Political Sciences with a specialisation in Sociology & Communications, a reflection of my passion for human behaviour and the unfamiliar. I profoundly believe that feminine values are the engine of future growth in societal, cultural and business environments. Through my work, life and participation to the WAOFP, I want to contribute to the spreading of such values.

She decided to leave the corporation world, turn innovation into profit, with the objective of helping those eight innovations succeed. She is driven by a desire to help others and promote projects that will make a difference in people’s lives. Daniela speaks frequently and does pro bono work through Kitchen8 for organizations such as The WTO and Earth Hour Global.
