She is on the European Leadership team, as Axalta has been at the leading edge of developing coatings and application tools in which she plays a active role in change management and communications traveling internationally to enhance her company’s productivity with it's heavy footprint in Europe.
Her successful track record and commitment in developing strategic ways to improve the efficiency of Axalta is paramount as she plans to expand corporate to Germany, and improve profitability in the development for championing and driving development to increase business for the high profile global markets.
